「けん坊」のカメラ返せ　長井さん射殺から３年
　「カメラは『けん坊』のもの。返してほしい、返せ」―。反政府デモを取材中のミャンマーで映像ジャーナリスト長井健司さん＝当時（５０）＝が射殺されてから２７日で３年を迎える。最後まで握りしめていたビデオカメラはいまだに所在が分からない。愛媛県に住む母道子さん（７８）は一日も早くカメラを取り戻したいと訴えている。
　長井さんは大学卒業後、米国に留学。帰国してからテレビ局関係の仕事に就き映像ジャーナリストを志した。道子さんによると、子どものころは恥ずかしがり屋で、ジャーナリストの道に進むとは想像もしなかった。

　射殺された日のことは今でも忘れられない。「外務省から突然電話があり『まさか』と思った。撃たれて倒れるシーンが何度もテレビに映し出されたのが本当にショックだった」と振り返る。
　当時の映像では、ビデオカメラを握ったまま倒れる姿が映っていたが、カメラの所在は不明のまま。日本政府はミャンマー側に返還を求めてきたが、実現していない。
