中学時代からギブソンを片手に作詞・作曲も手掛けた
卒業時、長井記者が同級生に宛てた一文にはこんな記述が・・
「人は、声をはりあげ絶叫する時があっていいと思うんです。
人は、気分よくうたっている時がいちばんの自由です」

40代半ばを過ぎて尚、歌手デビューを諦めてはいなかった長井記者
