８月６日の投下直後、親戚の安否を尋ね広島の市街地に入り、
地獄絵の中を探し歩いた元日本兵「山本達雄」さん。
叔父を焼き殺し、広島を地獄図と化した原爆の火。
それは恨みの火であったという。
その山本達雄さんが2004年5月、他界した。
長井ディレクターが、山本さんが亡くなる3年前に取材。
山本さんがありのまま語ったその稀有な原爆体験を紹介する。
