米軍は当初、軍の司令センターを攻撃したとしていましたが、
実際は戦争弱者である子供や女性、老人など
約１５００人が避難していたシェルターだったのです。
映像は当時の様子をイラク人カメラマンが撮影し、
ＡＰＦ通信社に託したものです。
