枝野官房長官は11日、福島第1原発から半径20キロ圏外の5市町村を、新たに「計画的避難区域」に設定すると記者会見で発表した。
計画的避難区域に設定されるのは、福島県の葛尾村、浪江町、飯舘村の全域と、川俣町と南相馬市の一部。

I understand what you are saying, but you just seem to have forgotten about that there are some other individuals inside the world who view this matter for what it really is and might not agree with you.
