【APF News】 4/11 《地震》 南相馬の住民が撮影した沿岸部の津波被害と窮状訴え

東日本大震災の大津波に襲われた福島県南相馬市。同市の住民はいまも、追い打ちをかけるように起きた福島第一原発の重大事故による放射能漏れの脅威にさらされている。
福島さんらがマスコミ宛てに書いた
「南相馬市の現状をメディアを通して伝えたいこと」

以下、抜粋（原文ママ）
現在、福島原発の被害で半径30㎞圏内の南相馬市。市の指示で他県への避難を告げられており、市民7万人の半分以上は、街から離れ、色々な悪条件で避難できない、したくないと残された人々が孤立していることを番組を通して伝えたい。
＊ゴーストタウン化（空き巣で東南は相次ぐ、物騒）
　犬や動物が多く、ごみをあらす。
＊津波で被災された身元確認、捜索ができない。
＊薬剤不足、在宅療養中の方の転院先の未確定。
復興と現実
＊ガソリン不足（避難できない、移動できない）
　2～3㎞の列、入れても2,000円程度
＊食料不足（南相馬市危険区域と推定され営業店舗なし）
＊避難告知され、避難したものの、帰ってきたくても帰ってこれない人々の不安が募る。
生の声を伝えたい
＊南相馬市市民全体が失業者と同じ。この先の保証や市はどうなる？
政府が見に来てほしい
