・市役所でインタビューに答える男性は市長室の職員。
・避難所は同市立原町第一小学校。ここが県外避難の集合・出発地点となった。
・「病人や老人を見捨てることはできない」同市でいまも避難生活を送る住民の数は約3万人とも言われている。
