【内容】
新党大地代表・鈴木宗男氏（62）は20日、国会内で開かれた緊急シンポジウム「松山千春 佐藤勝 激論！世相を斬る！」で、自身が食道がんであることを公表した。2003年にも胃がんの手術を受けていたが、再検査で食道がんであることが判明、25日に都内の病院に入院し、手術を受けるという。鈴木氏は、受託収賄などの罪で実刑が確定しているが、「手術後に万全な体で収監されたい」と述べた。
