【取材記】ﾅｲｼﾞｪﾘｱ詐欺（419詐欺）に新手口

ナイジェリア詐欺とは、1980年代から主にナイジェリアを中心に世界へ広まった
国際的詐欺の手口だ
ナイジェリアの刑法419条に抵触することから
別名419詐欺とも呼ばれている
＜典型的な例＞
海外の政府関係者・軍の高官やその親戚を名乗る人物から、
賄賂や資金流用、遺産相続等で得た秘密資金の送金のために
貴方の銀行口座を貸してくれれば、資金の一部を謝礼として渡す旨持ちかけられ、
手数料等と称して言葉巧みに金品を騙し取ろうとする手口。

ナイジェリア詐欺の特徴は、犯行時にトリック偽造券と呼ばれる
詐欺の小道具が使用されていることだ

＜トリック偽造券について＞
トリック偽造券とは、もっぱら金融詐欺に用いられる小道具的な偽造券（にせ札）
または捏造券の総称です。
従来はマネーロンダリング、すなわち脱税や横領、武器・麻薬取引、
その他様々な真正券の不正使用（非合法）についてブラックマネーと呼ぶのが一般的でしたが、
この場合はあくまで本物の通貨（紙幣）が対象であり、
こちらのブラックダラーはあくまで偽造券の行使例です。
事件通貨ごとに、米ドル紙幣であればブラックダラー、ユーロ紙幣ではブラックユーロなど、
個別通貨を特定して呼んでいます。

今年に入り、新手のトリック偽造券を使用した
ナイジェリア詐欺の被害が急増している
ナイジェリア詐欺は、被害者が海外に誘い出され、
誘拐事件や殺人事件に発展するケースもある
また不況下で一攫千金を狙う日本人がいま、
犯行グループのターゲットになっているとも言われている
