【取材記】サン・オリーブ不正契約

高齢者向け住宅を経営する不動産賃貸業者が、契約者から入居費用を
不正に得ていたことが、昨年からのAPF通信社の調べでわかった
問題の業者は、神奈川県秦野市にある不動産賃貸業K社
同社の代表取締役は同市在住のY社長

K社は、神奈川県平塚市に２００３年末頃から、「終身」「介護付き」などとうたった
高齢者向け住宅「サン・オリーブ」の建設を始めたが、同建物は現在も完成していない
Y社長らはこの間、同建物の募集広告を見た入居希望者に、「すぐに入居できる」などと言って、
契約者から入居一時金名目で２００万円～１２００万円を得ていた
しかし、予定日を過ぎても同建物が完成しないことから、解約と返金を求める契約者が続出
K社は現在も契約者が支払った入居費用の大半を返金していない
この物件は、土地所有者から賃貸料の未払いなどを理由に立ち退きを求められており、
また、裁判所による強制競売の対象物件でもあることから、所有権が将来、
第三者に移転する可能性もある
K社はこうした事実も消費者に告げていなかった
神奈川県には、契約者から、「解約したのにお金が戻ってこない」などといった
K社に関わる苦情が現在までに３８件寄せられている
K社のY社長はAPF通信社の取材に対し、「募集方法に一切問題はない」
「返金よりも建物の完成を優先する」と述べた

The next time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as a lot as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to learn, but I really thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say.
