2007年9月27日、ミャンマーで取材中の映像ジャーナリスト、故・長井健司さん（享年50）が
凶弾に倒れた。
その瞬間、１曲の歌、「涙～世界のどこかで瞬間(いま)」が生まれた。
平原綾香さんを「Jupiter」で世に送り出した近藤由紀子さん（七尾市出身）とX-JAPANの
復活コンサートを手がけた月光恵亮さん（氷見市出身）の北陸に縁のある音楽プロデューサーが
手を取りあって作り上げた歌である。
長井さんの同僚、山路徹さん（APF通信）は語る。「長井さんは、戦争や貧困で犠牲となる
子供達に心を寄せながら取材をしていた。」そして、子供好きの長井さん故に殺害された事も
次第に分かり始めてきた。
番組は、歌の背景にあるストーリーを、事件当時の映像、未公開写真、関係者の証言を交えながら
ジャーナリズムとミュージックの融合で構成する。
シンガーのKenny(韓国出身)は、去年、五箇山音楽祭で一青窈さんらと共演し、デビューの
ミュージックビデオを富山県内で撮影した。
また、プロモーションビデオの笑顔溢れるカンボジアの子供達は写真家の宮本敬文さんが撮影し、
美しいメロディは、RAG FAIRや広瀬香美さんらに楽曲を提供する作曲家の山路敦司さんが手がけた。
近藤由紀子さんは語る。「21世紀になっても世界では、テロがあり、貧困があり、病気があり、
飢餓があり、多くの子供達が涙を流している。それでも明日の幸せを夢見て強く生きて欲しい」と。

Thanks for your post on this site. From my own experience, there are occassions when softening upwards a photograph might provide the photo shooter with a chunk of an creative flare. Sometimes however, that soft cloud isn’t what exactly you had planned and can sometimes spoil a normally good picture, especially if you thinking about enlarging them.

You lost me, friend. I mean, I assume I get what youre expressing. I realize what you are saying, but you just appear to have forgotten that you’ll find some other persons within the world who look at this issue for what it actually is and may well not agree with you.
