【取材記】アクサ代理店不正契約で１００億円

アクサ生命保険などと契約していた、「信和総合リース」のグループ代理店が、
複数の保険会社から、多額の販売手数料を騙し取っていたことが、
昨年末からのAPF通信社の取材で明らかになった

「信和総合リース」のグループ代理店は、提携している税理士などを通じて紹介してもらった
中小企業から、名義を借りて保険会社と契約し、保険料を中小企業に代わって支払っていた
不正な契約は１万件以上、取得した手数料は１００億円規模に上るとみられている
こうした契約は、保険料の立て替えなど契約者に特別な利益を与えること禁じた
保険業法に抵触するおそれがあり、金融庁が調査を始めた
