中小企業から、名義を借りて保険会社と契約し、保険料を中小企業に代わって支払っていた
不正な契約は１万件以上、取得した手数料は１００億円規模に上るとみられている
こうした契約は、保険料の立て替えなど契約者に特別な利益を与えること禁じた
保険業法に抵触するおそれがあり、金融庁が調査を始めた
