銃撃で死亡してから1年4ヶ月余りが過ぎた
そんな中、
最近になってある曲が発売された
タイトルは、「涙～世界のどこかで瞬間（いま）」
作詞、音楽プロデューサー・近藤由紀子さん
歌は、韓国人歌手・Kennyさん
近藤さんは、長井記者が銃撃され死亡した際の
ニュース映像を見て、強い衝撃を受けたという
そして、撃たれても尚、ビデオカメラを握り続けた長井記者の姿に感化され、
「涙～世界のどこかで瞬間（いま）」という詩を書き上げた
とても良い曲

長井記者が最後まで握りしめていたビデオカメラとテープは未だ返還されていません
私たちは、日本とビルマ政府に対し、事件の真相究明と遺品の早期返還を強く要望します
