桜井南相馬市長は今日も朝から大忙し。
南相馬市民176 名、草津へ県外避難。
出発前の放射線測定では、避難市民全員、問題のない低数値。
県外避難者、『物資不足で生活できない』と。
6号線の立て看板。ここから20 キロ圏内。
20キロ圏内の小高地区もやはり沿岸部は壊滅的な状況でした。
葬儀中に地震が発生。「仏様は取り残された」と住民。
20キロ圏内、小高地区。牛小屋は主人が避難したのか、エサは空っぽ。
飼い主が避難した後、犬たちは街を徘徊しています。
高齢者がいる家庭は避難が難しい。また放射線の測定値が低いことから、今も20 キロ圏内には数十人の市民がとどまっている。
20キロ圏内、南相馬市小高地区。人恋しそうに私たちに近づいてきた犬。飼い主が避難し、置き去りになった犬。飼い主も犬も可哀相。
20キロ圏内、南相馬市小高地区。ここにも置き去りになった犬。みな首輪をしています。
20キロ圏内、南相馬市小高地区。置き去りになった犬。餌を探しているのか。人が生活していないので、30キロ圏内と違い生ゴミもありません 。
