枝野官房長官は11日、福島第1原発から半径20キロ圏外の5市町村を、新たに「計画的避難区域」に設定すると記者会見で発表した。
計画的避難区域に設定されるのは、福島県の葛尾村、浪江町、飯舘村の全域と、川俣町と南相馬市の一部。
